The FTW Crew (schönen titel!) pulls the curtain back on what was almost-certainly the process behind the creation of this ad campaign promoting three Ameriglobal lady stars and their relatively new albums. Rudiment continues!

This situation reminds me of Jack Nicholson’s Joker in the 1989 film Batman. He attests to “taking his mask off” in that film, when in fact, to look as though his grotesque appearance where just a mask, he has to put make-up on. He tells Gotham City that because he has come clean, in a sense, with the city, that his nemesis, Batman, should as well. He then has a parade and throws money at the citizens. Remind you of anyone?

On a similar note: A Tiny City posts President-Elect Barack Obama’s weekly address every weekend. Like the Time “Person of the Year” cover, this is not so much of an honor as it is a service, or a recognition. I generally find Barack Obama’s words to be exciting, and find quotes from his address to emphasize in the pre-post. Take that part of the presentation, as well as Obama’s presentation as a whole with a grain of salt, dear readers, for this man is working for you.
