Stamp Project
Study in aesthetics and craft: idea, design, print.
Stamp aesthetics are juxtaposed with simple political
or personal messages, then screenprinted in small runs.
Act of stamp making becomes a design exercise as well as
a test in craftsmanship, as all actions from idea to
execution have a very real effect on the product.

Redesign of established periodicle.
Complete overhaul of Nickelodeon Magazine,
clarifying the content and overall system
while remaining within already strong
Nickelodeon identity.

Record Project
Design study, implimentation.
Study inspired by the artist KAWS; investigation into the
inner workings of culture-jamming and distortion.
Several vinyl record sleeves are added to and changed
with acrylic paints, then hammered to thin, crappy wood
frames for display.

Posters for three books by Phaidon: 10x10, Blink, and Spoon.
Each poster features a page from one of the three books with
description and technical information on the book it represents.

Guerilla marketing campaign for proliferation of subversion.
Study involving the parsing and distortion of modern advertising
method and technique. Mall of America leaflets with subversive,
subliminal messages are inserted into an official mall event.
